Song of the Week – Save Your Money For the Weekend
June 6, 2010
Glossary is a band from Tennessee that can best be described as Southern-fried Thin Lizzy. I like them a lot – especially their latest album, Feral Fire – and I think after listening to this song, you will like them, too. It’s called “Save Your Money For the Weekend,” and it’s got plenty of great riffs and awesome lyrics. My favorite line is “All Daddy left me was a name and mouth full of bad teeth.” It’s the perfect song to kick off Summer, so grab a beer, kick back, and enjoy…
